Creation for Immersive Spaces in TouchDesigner
Andrey Yamkovoy – Lecture in English Language

After our recent excursion to the Grand Planetarium Berlin, we are excited to present a deep dive into the creation of immersive media experiences.

Since 2005, Kiev based media-artist and creative technologist Andrey Yamkovoy has been extending the perception of what visual experiences can be, by creating multimedia exhibitions, real-time visual shows, TouchDesigner based fulldome systems as well as virtual productions setups.

Andrey will share his experiences of two decades in the immersive industry, touching topics like production for fulldome content, multi-projector fulldome calibration, configuring massive multi screen setups and using TouchDesigner for projection mapping. He will reveal best practices, potential problems and their solutions. In addition you will learn about 2d/3d, immersive games, stereo, the realtime Maya fulldome viewport and media servers.

The lecture will be followed by an extensive Q&A session.
