SUMMARY:TouchDesigner Roundtable XXXVII
DESCRIPTION:This edition has taken place – thank you to everyone who joined us at Pollen! The full recording is above. Join us for the next one: TouchDesigner Roundtable XXXVIII on October 29\, 2026 at NLND\, Berlin. \n\n\n\nOn September 25\, 2026\, The NODE Institute joins Pollen\, 90mil Radio’s day-into-night festival marking two years of transmission. Alongside fellow contributors Spatial Media Lab\, Berlin Modular Society\, Kollage Kollectiv and Burre Crew\, The NODE Institute hosts the 37th edition of TouchDesigner Roundtable Berlin — its recurring gathering for the visual programming and creative coding community. \n\n\n\nThe roundtable features talks from Talile Citha\, Simone Franco (Unveil Studio)\, Jonas Margraf and Hilary C/B\, Creative Director of 90mil Radio\, introducing 90mil and its broadcast platform. \n\n\n\nFrom there\, Talile carries the conversation straight into the night’s visuals\, joined by fellow Studio 1111 resident VJ Antonia Angel\, alongside Yuna Fleig (Ungrid Collective) and Pauline Kess (Kollage Kollectiv)\, running the main floor from midnight to 4am — part of a night spanning over 50 international artists across live electronics\, sound and intermedia arts\, audiovisual installations\, deep listening sessions\, curated dancefloors and cinema. \n\n\n\nMissed it? Watch the full recording on our YouTube channel. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n19:00 UHR / 7:00 PM / DOORS OPEN\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n90MIL\n\n\n\n\n\nImage Credit : 90MIL\n\n\n\n\n\nImage Credit : 90MIL\n\n\n\n\n\n90mil is a temporary urban regeneration project near Jannowitzbrücke\, Berlin\, where a derelict site has been transformed since February 2023 into a multidisciplinary space for creation and community. Run on a donation basis with public access at its core\, it operates as the club house of The Palace Collective — part venue\, part workshop complex\, part living room for the city’s underground scene. \n\n\n\nImage Credit : 90MIL\n\n\n\nSpread across a project space\, black box theatre\, ceramics studio\, movement space\, radio room\, wood and metal workshop\, and a garden built for bonfires and sculpture alike\, 90mil brings interdisciplinary and experimental practice into constant\, unplanned contact. Its stage has hosted grassroots collectives alongside internationally touring names\, and its Radio Room is home to 90mil Radio\, a broadcast platform for artists exploring unconventional and cross-disciplinary work. \n\n\n\n\nImage Credit : 90MIL\n\n\n\nImage Credit : 90MIL\n\n\n\n\nAt its core\, 90mil treats access and exchange as method — prioritising concepts\, artists and organisations that are interdisciplinary\, community-focused\, and often under-represented elsewhere\, with no one turned away for lack of funds. Knowing its home is temporary only sharpens that mission: to platform the unexpected while the space exists at all. Within its walls\, musicians\, artists\, activists\, makers and audiences meet across a programme where no two events look alike\, opening a shared field for skill-sharing\, mutual support and ideas that move freely between disciplines and communities. \n\n\n\n90mil.berlin/about \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note: entrance to POLLEN Festival is donation-based (10 EUR suggested)\, and since the festival doubles as a fundraiser\, we kindly ask you to give what you can. Access to POLLEN is required to attend the Roundtable! \n\n\n\n\n\nReservation (free)\n\n\n\nPlease reserve your free spot. If you do not check in at the venue until 7.30 pm on the day of the Roundtable\, your spot will be made available to the folks on the waitlist. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupporter Tickets\n\n\n\nWant to support our work? Or secure your spot\, no matter when you show up? No matter your motives – the Supporter Ticket is here to help you to achieve your goals: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n20:00 UHR / 8:00 PM / HILARY C/B (90MIL RADIO)\n\n\n\nImage Credit : 90MIL\n\n\n\nHilary is Creative Director of 90mil Radio\, the broadcast and network platform of 90mil — the Berlin venue and community hub for intermedia arts hosting this roundtable. She’s a multimodal artist\, researcher and curator by background\, working across composition\, performance and sound. \n\n\n\nAt the roundtable\, she’ll introduce 90mil and 90mil Radio: a space and broadcast ecosystem for under-represented\, experimental and emergent sound\, language and time-based work\, built to weave community through both real and decentralised exchange — and how it connects artists\, makers and authors across and beyond the arts. \n\n\n\n90mil.berlininstagram.com/90mil___ \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n20:30 UHR / 8:30 PM / SIMONE FRANCO (UNVEIL)\n\n\n\nImage Credit : 2 x unveil – mixed by node\n\n\n\nSimone (Unveil) is a Berlin-based technologist who spent four years running the entire show-control pipeline at THE REED\, unifying the venue’s systems into a single real-time TouchDesigner workflow. Now freelancing as Unveil Studio\, he’s built award-winning installations for Coca-Cola\, UNESCO\, ZKM and the Schlosslichtspiele\, and has recently been shipping his own tools — including Unveil_webGUI and clothPOP\, a GPU-accelerated cloth simulation plugin for TouchDesigner built in C++/CUDA. \n\n\n\nAt the roundtable\, he’ll walk through some of the stranger things on his GitHub and talk about “vibe coding” as a mode of expression — going from idea to finished result with AI as a collaborator\, using a real-time raytraced render turned into a shop piece as the example. \n\n\n\nyoutube.com/@unveil7762unveil-studio.netlify.app \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n21:20 UHR / 9:20 PM / TALILE CITHA\n\n\n\nImage Credit : Talile CItha\n\n\n\nTalile is a Berlin-based visual artist and VJ working in TouchDesigner. Her work spans interactive installations and immersive live visuals\, regularly collaborating with Studio 1111\, the Potsdamer Straße venue with its 270-degree wraparound projection setup. \n\n\n\nAt the roundtable\, she’ll walk through a selection of events she’s created visuals for\, showing how each one calls for a different approach. She’ll share how she creates TouchDesigner setups inspired by the music\, crowd\, and setting\, whether it’s for a techno club night\, an indie rock concert\, or a brand event. \n\n\n\ninstagram.com/talilecitha \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n22:00 UHR / 10:00 PM / Jonas Margraf\n\n\n\nImage Credit : Jonas Margraf\n\n\n\nJonas is a Berlin-based media artist\, composer and technologist\, formerly TouchDesigner Team Lead at Berlin studio WHITEvoid. For their VJ set\, they will combine dynamic video input with hard contrasts\, glitches\, and feedback effects\, creating an atmosphere that shifts from dark and punchy to cinematic and dreamy. \n\n\n\nYuna is a Berlin-based motion designer\, art director and co-founder of Ungrid\, a live visual collective crafting reactive tools and workflows for club and festival performance. Her own visuals lean into immersive\, audio-reactive environments\, blending organic movement with digital abstraction into a soft\, dark\, melancholic atmosphere. \n\n\n\nPauline is a Berlin-based VJ and co-founder of Kollage Kollectiv\, building with salvaged street electronics and patching TouchDesigner the same way she connects soldered hardware. A long-time freelancer with the vvvv group in Berlin\, he specialises in computer vision and depth sensors\, and has authored libraries including VL.OpenCV\, VL.Devices.Kinect2 and VL.Devices.Nuitrack. He also served as Technical Lead for all things vvvv and .NET at Marshmallow Laser Feast. In this short report\, Randall shares highlights from LINK — the vvvv community’s long weekend of patching\, playing and creating together at the Funkinstitut this June. \n\n\n\nrandallvasquez.comLink Summercamp 2026 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n20:20 UHR / 8:20 PM WOLF MORITZ CRAMER\n\n\n\nPhoto: Wolf Moritz Cramer\n\n\n\nWolf Moritz Cramer is a freelance computational designer\, an architect and creative technologist based in Hamburg\, where he builds custom tools\, parametric design systems and interactive installations. Combining architectural thinking with code\, hardware and materials\, he develops workflows in Rhino and Grasshopper and is the author of VL.Rhino\, which bridges Rhino with vvvv. His installations — like the responsive robotic flower Flos Machina — merge sensors\, light\, sound and code into playful\, reactive spaces. In his talk\, he looks at interactive media architecture: how embedded technology turns built space into something that responds in real time. \n\n\n\n\n\nwolfmoritzcramer.degithub.com/wolfmoritzcramer/VL.Rhino.3dm \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n21:15 UHR / 9:15 PMJOSEF PELZ\n\n\n\nPhoto: Josef Pelz\n\n\n\nJosef Pelz is a generative artist and creative coder with a background in mathematics and computer science. Drawn to physics\, emergent behaviour and algorithms\, he pairs problem-solving with aesthetics and works in real time to build intuition through interaction. His TouchDesigner tools have quietly shaped what the rest of us can make — from T3D\, now the foundation for a whole ecosystem\, to the PCR point cloud renderer and an SPH fluid solver. His solvers drive immersive shows like Artechouse’s Life of a Neuron and the Nobel Prize Museum’s Life Eternal\, and even the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ 2022 world tour. In this talk he digs into his latest: a pathtracer we’ve been keen to learn more about. \n\n\n\n\n\ninstagram.com/josefpelzjosefpelz.com \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n22:15 UHR / 10:15 PMKUNAL SINGH / THE SIXTH SENSE\n\n\n\nPhoto: The Sixth Sense – an IP by Swordfish LLC\n\n\n\nKunal Singh is a Berlin-based creative technologist and creative producer with over a decade of experience across stage design\, light installations\, visual scenography and live events. He started out as a software engineer in Bangalore\, co-founded the creative studio Mantis Shrimp\, and completed a Masters in New Media Design in Berlin — building a practice across Europe and South Asia. As co-curator and creative producer of The Sixth Sense — India’s first and largest multidisciplinary immersive festival\, staged in a century-old glass factory in Bengaluru — he shares an artist talk and looks back at its first edition\, which hosted NODE’s first TouchDesigner Sessions in India. \n\n\n\n\n\ninstagram.com/kunalisation_thesixthsensefestival.com \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n23:00 UHR / 11:00 PMTRANSONIC\n\n\n\nPhoto: Nikita / Transonic\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTransonic is a Berlin-based audiovisual duo formed by architect and new media artist Rahul Sharma and sound artist Daniel Rudolf in 2021. SUMMARY:TouchDesigner Roundtable XXXVI
DESCRIPTION:The Kollage Kollectiv container space in Berlin becomes the setting for this 36th edition of the Roundtable — a site where architecture\, experimentation\, and community practice are already inseparable from the work being shown and discussed. Within this environment\, Pauline Kess\, Ed Rooth\, and Alessandra Fabris come together in conversation — each approaching image-making through a different entry point: embodied performance\, generative systems\, and spatial identity. \n\n\n\nRather than a single theme\, the focus emerges through friction and overlap: how visuals are produced in real time\, how bodies and interfaces negotiate control\, and how digital systems become performative environments in their own right. From choreographic interaction and sensor-based setups to app-driven audiovisual composition and identity-informed spatial media\, the exchange moves between tools\, perception\, and presence. \n\n\n\nSet inside a working\, repurposed infrastructure built for making rather than presenting\, the Roundtable reflects its surroundings: unfinished\, adaptive\, and in constant translation between idea and form. \n\n\n\nIf you can not attend the in-person event in Berlin\, do not worry — we will stream the talks on our YouTube channel. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n19:00 UHR / 7:00 PM / DOORS OPEN\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKollage Kollectiv\n\n\n\nImage Credit : Kollage Kollectiv\n\n\n\nKollage Kollectiv is an independent art crew rooted in Prenzlauer Berg\, where a repurposed container space has grown into a vibrant site for experimentation\, collaboration\, and community. What began as a creative experiment now unfolds as a living\, evolving hub for workshops\, installations\, and performative works. \n\n\n\nImage Credit : MXZEHN\n\n\n\nBuilt from recycled materials and guided by a strong DIY ethos\, the collective works at the intersection of creative coding\, electronic music\, visual arts\, and hands-on engineering. Their container structures host everything from interactive workshops to a “spaceship” stage and an ever-changing gallery space\, where light\, sound\, and 3D visuals are brought into dialogue through custom-built systems and hacked sensors. \n\n\n\n\nImage Credit : MXZEHN\n\n\n\nImage Credit : MXZEHN\n\n\n\n\nAt its core\, Kollage Kollectiv transforms resourcefulness into method — treating material limitation as a creative starting point. SUMMARY:Like Dew And Like Lightning — Meet Aka Chang
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Meet the Artist evening with Aka Chang\, whose practice explores light as a spatial and structural medium. Working with lasers\, beams\, and atmospheric elements like smoke\, he creates geometric forms that evolve in response to sound and environment. \n\n\n\nOn the eve of his solo exhibition Like Dew And Like Lightning\, we open up his process: starting with an artist talk\, and the opening performance\, we conclude with an exclusive behind-the-scenes session. Together\, these sessions offer insight into how light-based works are developed—from early visual experiments to technical setup and spatial considerations. \n\n\n\nThe evening closes with a casual social gathering. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n18:00 UHR / 6:00 PM / DOORS\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n19:00 UHR / 7:00 PM / ARTIST TALK\n\n\n\nImage: Courtesy of Studio Aka Chang\n\n\n\nAka Chang (Taiwan\, 1979)\, will present his first international solo exhibition in Berlin. \n\n\n\n‘Like dew and like lightning’\, a new installation and the centrepiece of the exhibition\, is a physical manifestation of a verse from the Diamond Sutra. Within the Buddhist philosophy of Emptiness and Non-attachment\, it seeks to create a natural\, physical\, and essential state. \n\n\n\nThe exhibition features three large-scale\, site-specific laser light installations that integrate photosensitive materials\, a water screen\, and kinetic motors\, translating artist’s unique narrative and Eastern philosophical perspective into the context of the modern technological era\, and inviting the audience to rethink the ‘Being’\, the essence of immersive experience in our time. \n\n\n\ninstagram.com/aka_chang \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n20:00 UHR / 8:00 PM / OPENING PERFORMANCE\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTwo Taiwanese performance collectives engage with Aka Chang’s three installations in a dialogue on humanity\, nature\, animism\, and technology.InTW Studio\, led by Hsieh Hsiao-Ting and Hsieh Hsiao-Wei\, explores body\, space\, live perception\, immersive performance\, and XR technologies through contemporary dance and site-specific creation.Ty Chen focuses on attention\, flame\, and body as rhythmic gateways\, guiding audiences into trance-like states where perception dissolves and presence emerges through silence and shifting reality.in real time experience of shared presence now unfolding \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n21:00 UHR / 9:00 PM / BEHIND THE SCENES WITH AKA CHANG\, FUNCTION STORE AND LIT AMIN\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA central part of the evening is a guided tour through three of Aka Chang’s installations. Aka will be joined by Dan Molnar aka Function Store as well as Amin Shahsavar\, who contributed control software and lighting design to the mix. From visual composition to real-time control in TouchDesigner\, this session offers a rare look at how artistic intent becomes a functioning light installation. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n21:30 UHR / 9:30 PM / SOCIAL\n\n\n\nA soothing music selection served by Lynn Mayya \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n23:30 UHR / 11:30 PM / END(E)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMeet the Artist is being supported by:\n\n\n\nDerivative / derivative.ca \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe exhibition and performance events are being supported by:\n\n\n\nThe National Culture and Arts Foundation (Taiwan)\, Monopol Berlin & LaserAnimation Sollinger. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMEET THE ARTIST AT:\n\n\n\nMonopol BerlinProvinzstraße 40-4413409 Berlin \n\n\n\nPublic Transportation:S-Bahn Schönholz (S1\, S25\, S26)Bus 150/N52\, Haltestelle “Granatenstraße”

SUMMARY:TouchDesigner Sessions India
DESCRIPTION:The NODE Institute partners with Echoes of Earth to bring India its first-ever TouchDesigner Sessions at The Sixth Sense immersive festival in February 2026 in Bengaluru. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHosted inside a 5 decade old glass factory\, this collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term cultural and creative exchange. Curated by The NODE Institute\, the program features beginner and advanced TouchDesigner workshops\, engaging panel discussions\, and deep dives into experience design\, data visualization\, immersive media\, lighting\, AI\, and live visual performance. Together\, we aim to connect India’s creative coding community with the world—building skills\, sparking innovation\, and opening new possibilities in immersive art and technology. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThree week-long workshopsFebruary 5 – 11\n\n\n\nNo matter whether you are just getting started with TouchDesigner and want to learn from Bileam in person\, or you’re ready to dive deeper into creating (interactive) content for immersive domes and galleries with Simon and Stefan — six days of intensive training with renowned educators from the TouchDesigner community await you. \n\n\n\nOn the seventh day\, you’ll get to experience and discuss your own work and that of fellow participants in real immersive venues. Join these courses not only to learn from the best\, but also to connect with like-minded creators from across Asia who are pushing the boundaries of new media art just like you — and who might well become your next collaborators. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLearn the essential building blocks of TouchDesigner — a powerful\, flexible platform for new-media art\, installations\, and audio-reactive visuals. In this beginner course\, lead by Bileam Tschepe (aka Elekktronaut) you’ll explore the core operators\, create dynamic visuals from the ground up\, and build a clear foundation for approaching interactive and immersive projects.More info and tickets \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLearn how to create immersive content for dome environments with TouchDesigner in this hands-on workshop led by Simon Rydén (aka Supermarket Sallad). You’ll explore the creative possibilities and technical challenges of dome projection\, develop skills in 2D and 3D content pipelines\, and build a foundation for designing your own immersive\, audio-reactive\, and interactive dome projects.More info and tickets \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExplore the creation of immersive audiovisual content for gallery and festival environments with Stefan Kraus (aka MXZEHN). In this workshop\, you’ll develop your own compositions\, experiment with generative\, audio-driven visuals\, and learn how to adapt your work to physical spaces. Through hands-on exercises you’ll gain practical skills and a solid foundation for designing immersive experiences. \n\n\n\nMore info and tickets \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTwo days of talks\, panels and workshopsFebruary 12 – 13\n\n\n\nIf you can’t—or don’t need to—join the full learning week\, you shouldn’t miss the two days of talks\, panels\, workshops\, and community gatherings on February 12th and 13th\, all under the umbrella of The Sixth Sense—India’s largest multidisciplinary immersive festival. \n\n\n\nLearn about data visualization\, discover how POPs are revolutionizing not just lighting design\, and meet the people\, projects\, and stories that drive the friendliest creative coding community on the planet. The program is curated by The NODE Institute and supported by Derivative. Needless to say\, The Sixth Sense also welcomes you to explore its exciting program of immersive experiences in music\, art\, and culture. \n\n\n\nCouldn’t make it to Bengaluru? Conceived collaboratively in 2025 by EAU and Jimmz\, the performance fuses sound\, light\, and laser into an evolving sensory experience. Visual and sonic elements merge\, shaping a nonlinear\, ever-changing reality. Laser slices through space; sound stretches time. SUMMARY:NOCODE 2 – New Media Art with VVVV
DESCRIPTION:How to make New Media Art the serious way?\n\n\n\nNew Media Week calls Berlin a global epicenter for digital art and while we agree\, we’d like to add that Berlin is also a hot spot for education in visual programming for experience designers from around the world. So when we were asked\, what we would like to contribute to this city wide celebration of digital creativity\, the answer cam easy to us: \n\n\n\nA bit more than six years ago\, we started to host vvvv and TouchDesigner workshops and meetups at The NODE Institute in Neukölln and while we strongly believe in the benefits of online education\, we often think back to those early days\, when a dozen people came together to spend the day in the world of visual programming. Many careers and friendships have started here. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo celebrate New Media Week\, we look forward to gather once again a dozend curious minds in our studio and take them on a trip into the powerful patching world of VVVV. \n\n\n\nJoin media artist and educator Alessandro Maggioni if you want to learn more about the fast and fresh combination of VL and vvvv gamma\, that powers some of the most anticipated new media experiences of today. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n14:00 UHR / 2:00 PM / noCODE 2 – NEW MEDIA ART with VVVV\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin the workshop for a first glimpse into vvvv Gamma node-based programming language. We welcome talks and a performance in the immersive room. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo secure your spot\, please R.S.V.P – or get a supporter ticket!(At the end of this page) \n\n\n\nWe will stream the talks on our Youtube channel:https://www.youtube.com/live/NM-1bj89M1Y \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n17:00 UHR / 5:00 PM / DOORS OPEN\n\n\n\nJoin us early for some good networking and lovely encounters\, and the opening of the MANIFEST:IO exhibition. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n18:00 UHR / 6:00 PM / Patrick Hartono\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPatrick Hartono is an electroacoustic composer\, audiovisual artist\, researcher\, and currently a Lecturer in Computational Arts at Goldsmiths\, University of London. In this Roundtable\, Patrick will be sharing his recent research project on neural network-driven parametric control for generative visual systems\, where AI functions not as an image generator but as a real-time controller of procedural visuals. Using TouchDesigner with a custom machine learning model trained on motion capture data from Lengger dancer Rianto\, the system interprets the movement data and maps it to the generative process\, creating a fluid\, dynamic visual representation of the dance’s expressive motion. Lengger\, a traditional Indonesian dance\, is known for its fluid representation of gender\, where male dancers embody feminine roles while imagining an intangible\, non-binary presence within the performance. This research seeks to translate this concept into a dynamic generative visual system that visually reflects the fluidity and expressiveness of the dance.gold.ac.uk/computing/people/hartono-patrickinstagram.com/patrick_hartono \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n19:00 UHR / 7:00 PM / FLORENCE TO\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFlorence To is a Scottish-born artist and director with Hong Kong roots\, specialising in acoustic scenographies and audiovisual installations that interrogate architectural spatial design. Trained in textiles and tailoring\, To merges these disciplines with digital technologies to reimagine abandoned spaces\, utilising their inherent flaws. Their practice explores cognitive and emotional triggers\, sensory perception\, and the interaction of frequencies as vibrations\, psychoacoustics\, and phonetics. Currently pursuing a research master’s at Goldsmiths’ Centre for Research Architecture\, To’s work examines bird migration\, grey zone warfare\, and electromagnetic frequency (EMF) disruptions\, focusing on their intersections with ecological and geopolitical displacement. This research critically informs their artistic practice\, challenging boundaries between scientific and creative domains. To has worked with the Photonics group at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory in Portugal\, investigating light detection and wavelength propagation\, and has been commissioned by international institutions such as Mass MoCA in Massachusetts and EMPAC (Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center) in New York.florence-to.cominstagram.com/florence.to \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n20:00 UHR / 8:00 PM / Pauric Freeman: STRUCTURES (LIVE AV)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPauric Freeman is an Irish artist whose practice explores sound\, technology\, and perceptual experience through audiovisual performance and installation. Focusing on the intricate relationships between sound and image\, he programs visual systems that experiment with new forms of audiovisual expression\, recontextualizing how audiences experience sound in both live and installation contexts. By merging art and technology\, his work offers fresh perspectives in audiovisual composition. Recognized for its unique approach to visualizing sound\, Pauric’s work has been exhibited and performed in a wide range of venues and festivals across Ireland as well as in Europe\, North America\, and Australia. He has collaborated with a diverse range of artists\, and his work continues to investigate how technology\, sound\, and moving images can engage with new experiences in contemporary media art.Structures is an audiovisual performance that explores the interplay between sound and image. Composed for modular synthesizer\, drum machine\, and a custom-built generative system\, the work uses data from the synthesizers as material to understand the music composition. Drawing on influences from early computer graphics and generative art\, the performance maps information like pitch\, rhythm\, and amplitude\, to parameters within the visual composition. Each track examines a different approach to this mapping\, exploring multiple structures between sound and image.pauricfreeman.cominstagram.com/pauric_freeman \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe TD Roundtable LONDON is being supported by:\n\n\n\nDerivative / derivative.caThe Computational Arts program at Goldsmiths\, University of London /www.gold.ac.uk/pg/ma-computational-artsIKLECTIK / iklectik.org \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGoldsmiths University\, Hatcham Church HallChurch Hall\, St. James’sLondon\, SE14 6ADUnited Kingdom \n\n\n\nPublic Transportation:Southern : London Victoria
