After a considerable break, we return with nothing less than TouchDesigner Roundtable Berlin XXXIV.

For this edition, we’re opening the doors to our studio once again and invite you to an evening of artist talks, project insights, and good company. Expect presentations, conversations, and a relaxed gathering of the local TouchDesigner community — best enjoyed over a cool drink.

We’re particularly happy to welcome back Wieland and Markus, who played an important role in building the Roundtable in its early days and helping shape what it has become. At the same time, we’re excited to have Antonia joining the lineup for the first time.

Time to welcome Wieland Hilker, co-founder of real-time media technology company PlusPlusOne GmbH, back to the Roundtable. Developer, inventor, and technical director — but a VJ at heart — Wieland has been a tireless contributor to the TouchDesigner community and the author of many essential components that have shaped workflows and creative practice. Having spent countless hours behind the Roundtable tech desk, Wieland will now step back into the limelight to share a closer look at the TauCeti Component Suite: exploring lesser-known and undocumented features, the development patterns behind it, and a few examples of how these tools are implemented in real-world projects.

We’re extremely happy that Antonia Angel will be joining this edition of the Roundtable. A spatial media artist and resident at the immersive club experience Studio1111, Antonia creates content for the venue’s floor-to-ceiling projection walls while exploring digital design, projection mapping, experimental animation, real-time programming, and generative sound. Her work focuses on transforming spatial perception and integrating environment, performers, and audience into a shared audiovisual experience.
